Renovation in progress of a bourgeois house dating from the early 20th century. This sleeping beauty has suffered a lot over the last 70 years, and has required a complete expertise from our firm.
The project will include all of the structures of the house (traditional framework, slate roofing, joists, etc.) in order to give it a new lease of life while retaining its period character.
In addition to a restoration of all of the oak floors in theHouse, significant decorative work will be done to recreate the cozy atmospheres of the 1920s while including the comfort of modernity.
The black and white codes will be required, and the colorful settings will materialize the volumes and the moldings of the ceilings.
